Private Members Club Weddings at The In & Out

The In & Out’s military magnificence and nautical flair combine to create an awe inspiring environment to host a classical London wedding. What was once the residence of Nancy Astor, the first woman to sit in parliament, is now the official site of the Naval & Military Club. Beyond its traditional townhouse exterior, a roaring fireplace and chesterfield armchairs create a warm entrance to the opulent lobby, where lifelike military portraits, crystal chandeliers and and white columns soar upwards to create a memorable impression. Its a regal and resplendent scene to greet wedding guests as they arrive.

Despite the nobility and luxurious decor that pervades the wedding venue, The In & Out has an unmistakable cosiness that harks back to its days as a residential home. The informal ‘In & Out’ title was also inspired by the carriage gates at the previous club house site in Piccadilly. Over time, the club has moved locations but the name has always stuck, to represent how any member to freely come ‘in and out’ of the club as is if it were an extension of their own household. Similarly, on your wedding day, this stunning period townhouse will be yours to enjoy exclusively with your guests.

In & Out weddings always run like military clockwork, and the highly trained team will ensure a seamless flow from start to finish. From laying the tables and ensuring everyone has a full glass of champagne, to rolling away the carpet to make way for the dance floor, their discreet and polite service is frequently commended.
